
THE DESIGNERS
Lynne Marcus
Lynne has been designing gardens since 1997. She graduated in Politics and Sociology and after a career as an HR Director, trained in garden design under Professor David Stevens FSGD, before setting up her design practice in London.
Lynne is a Fellow of the Society of Garden Designers (FSDG) and a member of the British Association of Landscape Industries, (BALI). She was Chair of the SGD between 2020-23 and has been Chair of Awards since 2019, which celebrate excellence in garden design.
Matthew is a talented designer brining a fresh perspective and style to the gardens he designs. Having originally graduated in Music as a pianist and composer, he graduated in Garden & Landscape Design from the KLC School of Design, Chelsea in 2023, winning the Isikon Building Project Award. Matthew works alongside Lynne designing gardens and landscapes. His ability to bring ideas to life through 3D renderings offers clients a glimpse into their future outdoor space.

Angelia Gray
Angelica is a garden historian, writer and designer. With an academic background in both garden history and art history, and experience of designing gardens in England and South West France, Angelica brings her passion for gardens as cultural artefacts to her work. Her writing explores what gardens mean to us and how they have always enhanced our lives.
Angelica contributes to various magazines and journals, including ‘Hortus, ‘The Pleasure Garden and ‘The Traveller’. Her acclaimed book ‘Gardens of Marrakesh (Frances Lincoln), is the first to explore the thousand-year-old garden history of that city.
